Brown County. Paul John Skurka, 57, of Brown County, died at 7:43 a.m. April 4, 2017, at St. Franciscan Health in Indianapolis. A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Dean Manuel officiating. Calling hours will be from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
