RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond families are sending a message to criminals: stop the violence. It’s a plea coming from relatives across the area who have been victimized. On Wednesday evening, an area church took to the streets of Mosby Court to pray for the community. It follows the shootings of three children within just the past week.
