CORUNNA, MI -- A retired priest was arraigned on charges Thursday that he embezzled nearly $500,000 from an Owosso church. The Rev. David Fisher was in Shiawassee District Court on April 6 and is charged with seven counts of embezzlement. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety, according to court records.
