The commissioners voted 6-2 during their regular meeting Monday to recommend approval of the conditional use permit application from Jerald Kissinger of Glenvil and K3, Inc., to the Adams County Board of Supervisors. Commissioners Henry Wilson and Brad Henrie dissented.
