THE state on Thursday closed its case against an anti-government cleric, Patrick Philip Mugadza who is on charges of abusing the national flag. Mugadza’s lawyer, Obey Shava, gave notice to apply for discharge on April 3. The state will respond the following day and the ruling will be delivered next Friday.
