| City Council OKs move to stop V-hire terminal |

IN an 8-7 vote, the Cebu City Council has approved the committee report of Councilor Joel Garganera that recommended the closure of the van-for-hire (V-hire) terminal in Barangay Kamagayan. But, Mayor Tomas Osmeña is firm on his stand not to give in to the recommendation, saying that the operation of the terminal is just experimental.
