FRANKLIN. Mintie Lucille Conner, 94, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin. She was a resident of Franklin. She was born Jan. 30, 1923, in Kentucky to Jim and Lilly Mae (Bell) McWhorter. She married William E. Conner on July 6, 1940. He preceded her in passing.
