WEST CHESTER, OH (FOX19) - Southbound Interstate 75 is clear near Tylersville Road after debris from a garbage truck spilled, blocking all but one lane earlier Wednesday morning. The highway was completely shut down for about 10 minutes before one lane opened just before 7:30 a.m. Traffic backed up to Ohio 129.
