PRETORIA – Police Minister Nathi Nhleko is today expected to file an application to appeal the High Court ruling which set aside his appointment of Berning Ntlemeza as head of the Hawks. The High Court in Pretoria unanimously found the minister failed to take into account adverse findings against Ntlemeza when he made the decision.
