CLAY CITY. Noah Eugene Colburn, a sweet and fun loving 10-year-old, went to Heaven on March 2, 2017, at 6:24 p.m. at Riley Hospital. He had asthma, but family was notified that he suffered an anaphylaxis reaction. He had the best medical treatment possible, but it was not to be.
