Columbus. Ernesto “Ernie” Alonso Martinez, 26, of Columbus, died at 1:39 p.m. February 24, 2017. Ernesto was born Nov. 2, 1990, in Miami, Florida, the son of Juan A. Martinez and Patricia A. Bustos. Ernesto was a graduate of Columbus East High School, where he played football all four years.
