is expanding its campus once again. The Buffalo Planning Board on Monday approved construction of three single-family affordable homes on East Ferry Street by the church's True Community Development Corp. The 1,800-square-foot, four-bedroom homes will be built for the church by CSS Construction on four lots at 825, 833, 845 and 847 East Ferry St.
