BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The pastor from Emmanuel Lutheran Church will be offering ashes to the public on Ash Wednesday morning. The group will be offering the ashes on the sidewalk near the Kern County Court building on L Street, according to the Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
