Chief Anderson: I applaud your empathy and transparency in the days after Officer Joshua Lippert killed Jocques Clemmons at Cayce Place. You expressed condolences to the Clemmons family. Video footage of the shooting was released promptly. Officer Lippert’s disciplinary record was revealed. These actions are all commendable.
