As Urbana awaits a state Supreme Court decision on whether the nonprofit Carle Foundation Hospital has to pay property taxes, the 2017 Democratic mayoral candidates have been asked throughout the run-up to Tuesday's primary what the city's future relationship with its largest employer should be. The court arguments were held in January.
