| Warren church hit by copper thieves |
|
It was a devastating sight inside Covenant Presbyterian on Oakdale Drive. Pastor David Black was the first to come inside the church Thursday and see the destruction. Everything was fine when he left the church on Sunday. The baseboards were ripped from the walls and copper pipes were sliced and stolen.
