A Tennessee pastor has been accused of tying up and raping an 18-year-old girl who attended the school he assisted at. Mike Ulmer, 53, allegedly picked up the girl from Chester County High on February 16 and took her to his home five miles away, where she sometimes worked as a cleaner.
