A BORDER pastor says he was forced to take the law into his own hands to stop an unlicensed 16-year-old youth driving a car.
Faith City’s Warren McMartin feared the youth, who he knew had a reputation for binge-drinking and illicit drugs, would kill himself and others.
He called Wodonga police for help.
