Last week the Ames Chamber of Commerce and their employee, Drew Kamp, were listed as lobbyists for the 87th Iowa General Assembly, declaring as “for” Senate file 213. This is the bill to eliminate collective bargaining rights (trade unions) of public employees similar to what Scott Walker has done in Wisconsin.
