Alexander Okere, Benin. Hearing at the Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal was on Tuesday stalled due to the failure of the Independent National Electoral Commission to commence its defence on the suit filed by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.
