| How do you deal with a tornado after you've survived a flood? |

Tornadoes are at once voracious and fickle. They can suck up and devour entire homes even as they leave intact nearby properties - sometimes even the properties next door. I saw the unbelievable randomness of such storms when I went home for Christmas in 2015.
