NEPTUNE BEACH, Fla. Along the oceanfront in Neptune beach is a small church on a big mission. On a normal Sunday, the First Christian Church of the beaches has around 300 parishioners. Each year when the Donna Marathon comes around, they say attendance has been a struggle.
