Zimbabwe’s highest court, the Constitutional Court, will decide on the legality of Higher Education Minister Jonathan Moyo’s arrest by the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission on Wednesday morning. Moyo was arrested by ZACC last year for allegedly abusing Zimbabwe Manpower Development Funds amounting to about $400 000.
