The Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services (ZPCS) last week failed to take prisoners to court in Harare citing fuel shortages, at a time that prominent Pastor Evan Mawarire is due to appear in court. Another Pastor Phillip Mugadza failed to appear in court apparently because there was no fuel.
