Lawrence Williams II choked up, tears beginning to run, as he spoke before a crowd gathered at Oak Baptist Church in Algiers on Friday night (Feb. 3) in honor of his son, 18-year-old Lawrence "Bear" Williams IV, who died Tuesday night after being shot outside of Edna Karr High School.
