A Yodel driver has appeared in court accused of causing the death of 23-year-old Basildon man Foday Richard Koroma by dangerous driving in a crash on the A13. Mark Williams, 44, who lives in Tipton near Dudley, appeared in the dock at Chelmsford Magistrates Court this morning (February 4) where he indicated a plea of not guilty to the charge.
