DECATUR, Ala. (AP) - A man who delivered documents for the Morgan County Sheriff's Office has pleaded guilty to drug charges. The Decatur Daily reports 55-year-old Steven Eugene Parker of Hartselle pleaded guilty to drug distribution and possession charges.
