Myuran Sukumaran was furious. In just a few hours he would face the firing squad on the prison island of Nusakambangan, otherwise known as Indonesia's notorious "death island". Along with "mastermind" pal Andrew Chan, they would lead a procession of six other death row prisoners in a rendition of Amazing Grace as they walked towards their fate.
