HARTFORD — A group of Democrats and advocates expressed confidence Thursday that the legislature will pass a minimum wage increase, saying a bump would help grow Connecticut’s economy. Democrats have submitted at least four bills to increase the minimum wage, including one signed by nearly fifty lawmakers.
