Rebecca Lawless docket sounding : Rebecca Lawless is the 27-year-old Palm Coast woman facing a DUI manslaughter charge in the death of Diane Upton in a wreck on State Road 100 on Oct. 18, 2015. She is scheduled for a possible plea before Circuit Judge Dennis Craig at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 401 at the Flagler County Courthouse.
