HIGHLAND PARK — Mark and Peggy Andrews stopped attending church for 10 years before finding Highland Park United Methodist Church in 2007. Their son Luke, who has Down syndrome, had gotten too old for their former church's daycare program when he turned 3, and he was too young to attend a Bible study class during the service.
