Phillip Patrick Mugadza was detained Monday in the capital, Harare. His lawyer, Gift Mtisi, said Tuesday that he is yet to appear in court. Mtisi said Mugadza was charged with "unlawfully acting in a manner which is likely to create public nuisance" after "giving a prophecy" the 92-year-old Mugabe will die on October 17.
