The Ministry of Education last night confirmed the resignation of Dr Paul Gardner as chairman of the Teacher Services Commission (TSC). Gardner, who has been embroiled in the sex scandal currently rocking the Moravian church in Jamaica, submitted his resignation yesterday with immediate effect by way of a letter to Education Minister Ruel Reid.
