Michael Chamberlain, who waged a bitter, decades-long battle to prove his baby daughter Azaria was killed by a dingo in the outback, is set to be farewelled at a funeral in Australia on Monday. The 72-year-old, who was born in Christchurch, unexpectedly died in Gosford Hospital last Monday as a result of complications from leukaemia.
