Meet Pastor Paulo Apulu. Aged 42, Pastor Paulo is looking after the Assembly of God’s congregation at Lepale. He believes that Samoa is not the same compared to what it was like 15 years ago. Asked about how life is in general in Samoa, and he said everything is great. “All is well in Samoa,” he tells the Village Voice.
