SOUTHINGTON — A New Britain Superior Court judge has ordered St. Thomas Church to pay $5,000 to a local family whose cemetery statues were stolen last year. Ann Marie Conaty and her mother Mary Morelli, parishioners of St. Thomas, sued the Bristol Street church late last year in small claims court.
