CHARLESTON, SC — A hearing to determine whether convicted Charleston killer Dylann Roof is fit to enter the sentencing phase of his trial is taking place Monday behind closed doors. A federal judge made the determination to close the proceedings to the public over objections from media outlets, including the Associated Press.
