Dec. 29 --The parents of five malnourished children found living in a car last week in Greenacres entered not guilty pleas Wednesday to five counts of child neglect. Rikki Hart and Donell Barron , both 34, were represented by their attorney and did not appear in court. Hart and Barron were released on $1,000 bonds Dec.
