The first of four people has been sentenced to probation in a Hattiesburg corruption case that snared a developer, a pastor, a sheriff's official and a restaurant owner. U.S. District Judge Keith Starrett sentenced developer Artie Fletcher on Monday to three years' probation and $69,000 restitution to the U.
