An Ocean Springs man used electronic communication to threaten, harass and stalk pastors, staff and parishioners at St. Paul United Methodist Church long after they got a restraining order to keep him away. On Thursday, Vincent Salvador Drummond, 55, pleaded guilty to a bill of information charging him with two felony counts of cyberstalking.
