CHEERS to the memory of Rosalyn Wood, the Andover philanthropist who died last week at the age of 77. Truly, hers was a wonderful life. She was the widow of the Rev. Cornelius A. Wood Jr., who was the grandson of textile tycoon William Wood, who founded the American Woolen Company in Lawrence and built Shawsheen Village in Andover.
