CHARLESTON, S.C. - Prosecutors and the defense team in the federal trial of Dylann Roof rested their cases Wednesday following the harrowing testimony of an elderly retired nurse, who described in detail the alleged carnage she saw inside Charleston’s Emanuel AME Church in June 2015.
