APPLETON (WLUK) -- Police officers in Green Bay and Appleton are spreading some Christmas cheer, as they've teamed up for the "Lights of Christmas" project. A hot meal, and some company is what brought Herman Jhon of Appleton to Family First Ministries Friday.
"I am grateful as the rest of these people are grateful," he said.
