CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Jurors sent two notes Friday afternoon within minutes of each other, one asking for more transcripts and the other saying they were hopelessly deadlocked. Attorneys agreed the best course of action is to send the jury an Allen charge, which was issued by the judge.
