Abuja – The Federal Executive Council (FEC) on Wednesday approved the 2017 budget proposal for onward submission to the National Assembly for final approval. The Minister of Budget and National Planning, Mr Udoma Udo Udoma, made this known when he briefed State House correspondents on the outcome of the FEC meeting.
