AIGP Asan Kasingye, the director Interpol Uganda said that Kiwedde has been living as a fugitive in Zimbabwe, but through corroboration with their counterparts they were able to arrest him and repatriate him back to Uganda. Kasingye said Kiwedde must face charges of escaping from lawful custody, which perhaps will be read to him this afternoon.
