THE five policemen accused of kidnapping 33-year-old Enrique Fernandez III, known to friends as “Kiking,” have now been detained at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) after being arrested by NBI agents at the Police Regional Office (PRO) in Camp Vicente Alagar, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City, Tuesday, November 15.
