From Our Files Valley happenings since 1957. 50 Years Ago - November 3, 1966. Lille children guests for Halloween party - Children of Mt. Carmel Parish were guests of the Rev. Herve G. Carrier, pastor, Sunday afternoon at a special Halloween party. Hot dogs, ice cream, soft drinks were enjoyed by all.
