2016 has already proven to be more violent than 2014 and 2015 with 190 homicides, the latest being 16-year-old Alana Tello. Tello was killed Tuesday night in Zodiac Park in Southeast Memphis.
The number 190 is what community leaders Pastor DeAndre Brown and Reverend Earle Fisher told FOX13 is casting a big cloud over Memphis in 2016.
