CHARLOTTE, NC -- It’s listed in the Ten Commandments, “thou shall not steal.” But not even the cross sitting above of the Cosmopolitan Community Church in North West Charlotte has kept thieves away. The church, located on Newland Road in Charlotte’s Lincoln Heights neighborhood, has been robbed six times in the last month.
